Technology and consulting company Adastra Group has completed the acquisition of Anywhere Mobile Apps a.s., specializing in developing mobile applications.
The company renamed adastra.one a.s. will continue to act as a separate entity within the Adastra Group, thus supporting Adastra’s long-term vision of delivering a comprehensive portfolio of information management services to customers and meeting the challenges of today’s digital world. The completed acquisition expands the portfolio of services built on data warehouses, big data, advanced data analysis and solutions for the Internet of Things.
“Companies have massively invested in data infrastructure and now need to make full use of this potential. Mobile applications will play a key role in the speed of providing information to more people. Not only in the B2C area but also within the internal systems of large organizations,” said Pavel Kysela, general manager of Adastra CZ when describing future branches. “Joining Adastra is the logical outcome of our cooperation on projects abroad, mainly on Chinese HomeCredit,” said Standa Dvořák, Director of Adastra.one.
